BUUS warrants the
original purchaser that the furniture is free from defective
materials and workmanship under its intended reasonable use for a
period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
To file a claim, please email pictures, PO information and a
detailed description to
info@ebuus.com. We will review the claim in a timely manner and
reply with our conclusions. If a claim is approved, we will first
attempt to repair the furniture back to the original condition.
Upon review, if we determine that a replacement is warranted, a new
piece will be included on your next shipment.
Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling (freight damage),
negligence or accident is not covered by this warranty. Small
hairline cracks, which may appear in the end-grain of the wood if
being exposed to indirect sunlight or excessive air
conditioning/heat, are considered normal, and are not covered by
this warranty. (In-house humidifiers will minimize potential
cracks).
Please consult BUUS for any claims or concerns regarding this
statement.
